The whole Authentic Way path was developed to support you in fully stepping into your Authentic Power™ and transforming your business and life. First steps and baby steps will start you on the process and provide lots of insight and personal change, but it requires diving into the process to fully ignite your motivation, create a sustainable business and attract the prosperity you know you deserve. Beginning group coaching: Within a group you discover and practice the foundation of The Authentic Way path, which includes some of the following:
This is done through a 4-month commitment, meeting twice a month as a group for 2 hours each time. There is also support within a client-only forum group, email support and discounted one-on-one sessions. There is a max of 6 clients for this group so we can stay intimate and connected. One-on-one session programs: This is obviously the best way to follow the path and allows us an amazing amount of time dedicated to your unique business and journey. You have an option between a 3-month commitment or a 6-month commitment meeting four times a month.
Advanced group coaching: Once my clients have been through either the 3-month or 6-month one-on-one coaching program, they can advance to the higher level of group coaching. This allows for a dynamic group where each individual is already solidly on the path to building their ideal business. Through this group you find support, allies and confidantes. I include a one-on-one check in during the month, email coaching, weekly check-ins by email and you have access to both of the advanced forums. There is a max of 6 people in this group so we have a powerful and intimate experience. I only offer the group a maximum of 3 times a year. If you are an experienced entrepreneur, you know the battle of dealing with business ups and downs, not to mention the challenges with our own inspiration and motivation. Sometimes it seems that attracting clients and keeping them is a matter of magic versus an art or a science. We have all tried endless marketing techniques, tools and tips, only to find that we might succeed with them for a short period of time, but eventually end up right back where we started. We think we have the key and then hit the next roadblock of insecurity, fear or panic.
I designed The Authentic Way system to work in a way that continually builds our success, so that it is sustainable over our lifetime, not just in the short time you are working with me. This is what I believe makes this path unique. Many roads lead to abundance or peace of mind for a time period, but without handling the internal patterns, finding sustainable motivation and gaining the confidence to fully express the authentic self, eventually you’ll find yourself right back to the same old struggles and roadblocks.
I define Sustainable Success as each individual’s innate sense of success and their ability to sustain it regardless of circumstances. It is entirely individual, and each client will define success in his or her own way. That being said, there is a similar feeling you have when you begin to explore what success means to you; it brings space and energy, motivation and passion to the forefront of your life. It is the place you feel most fulfilled, aligned, and in your beautiful, divine and authentic power.
Sustainable Success doesn’t mean that you won’t experience challenge, disappointment or struggle, because these are inevitable on our journey in life. What it does mean, is that you know how to sustain your joy, fulfillment and motivation in the midst of the struggle. You know how to navigate your saboteurs and overcome your blocks. Most importantly, you know how to follow your intuition and use your discernment to avoid much of the struggle and disappointment in the first place.
In this process, you will come to define your unique definition of success for you and for your business. It is a personal journey, and we work to separate the definitions of success you have adopted through others, from your innate definition of success felt within your self. Once we define success for you, then we set out to create sustainability. We work to build a practice and path that will manifest your definition of success over and over again. In terms of business, this may be creating a business that is thriving and allows you a balanced life, or it may be a fulfilling business that continues to feed you in body, mind and soul. It is limitless in what you can create, it just requires the right path and determination.

The key to Sustainable Success in business and really in any area of your life, is building a solid internal foundation. This means creating the strength, courage, motivation and skills internally, before you try to navigate the outside world of business, marketing or relationships. Without this internal foundation, you will just be building your business on quicksand, and eventually whether quickly or further down the track, you will find yourself sinking in debt, disappointment or disillusionment.
The first step on the path is about becoming aware of Authentic Self: the part of you that holds all the inspiration, power and motivation to create anything you want in your life. This is a unique and key piece to The Authentic Way process, because without being able to tap into this power and stand solidly in it, you will never create sustainability. There is many key components we cover in this area: your true gifts, inspiration, motivation, purpose, passion and all of the key aspects that make up your highest self.
Once you have a feel for your Authentic Self and have defined what your innate sense of success feels like, you practice living in it. I will support you in using that power to discern your direction, make aligned decisions and manifest exactly what you want from your business and life. We all have felt the moments that we are standing in our power, but so often we are easily pulled off course by others, circumstances or patterns in our lives. Through this process, we deal with the saboteurs that usually take you down and learn to navigate the blocks and resistances with ease and grace.
Once you have some tools to work with, we begin to work on value and boundaries, looking at the realities these concepts create in your business. Value is at the heart of issues like: inconsistent results with money or clients, a lack of prosperity in your business and the wrong clientele. We get to the heart of the matter and look at the causes for why your business isn’t thriving. We begin to create systems, solutions and structures that support your Authentic Self and vision, allowing you to effortlessly attract what you want and have the motivation to sustain your business for years to come. You may want to evolve your business over time, or create another business or career where you experience even more Sustainable Success. The practice and tools work regardless of your path, as long as you are following your true motivation and spirit.
You gain insights into yourself, your business and your relationships all along the way. As we begin to implement your business plan and vision, the path continues to keep you on track. We work on finding the sweet spot for your business: the magical place where what you want to offer your customers serves the exact needs and desires of your ideal target market. This produces almost effortless manifestation, you can’t help but attract the kind of clients you love and they become raving fans because you are giving them all of your passion and care. We eventually get into creating systems that are customized to what you love to do and you learn to automatize or delegate what destroys your energy and deflates your motivation.
Once the systems are in place and your are working on building your business, we create a plan to consistently sustain your business and internal motivation. You are constantly supported through the system to keep practicing your sustainability tools and aligning your business more and more with your Authentic Self.

Businesses I serve best ...or otherwise known as MY ideal target market »
It is true that I can work with any business using this process, but there are businesses that truly motivate me and get my creative juices flowing. Over the years, I have seen the businesses I best serve and those that are just not my sweet spot. If you don’t fit my criteria, but feel really passionate about what you do and what I offer, contact me via email anyway and we can see if there is alignment.
Microbusinesses: I work best with businesses that have 5 or less people in them. It allows me to get to the heart of the organization without having to deal with too much red tape or diluted energy.
Service businesses +: I love the service industry and businesses that want to move from just providing local services to offering products, expanding internationally or leading innovation in their industry. I take service businesses to the next level.
A mission to create a ripple effect: I am inspired by businesses that want to create a profound ripple effect in the world, change a paradigm, make a difference in the lives of others and truly create transformation. If your goal is to JUST make money or offer a standard product or service with no long-term vision of change, we probably aren’t a good fit.
There is a foundation to work with: I work best with people who have some business foundation. I don’t teach the basics of operating or building a business from scratch. I won’t go into getting a dba, bank accounts and taxes. I can direct you to resources, but some business sense is required. I prefer to work with people who have at least started a business so they have some foundation to work with, or with individuals coming out of the business or corporate world and ready to start their own business.
A big vision: I believe in limitless potential, therefore I love to work with people who have a big vision. It may not be fully defined, but there is passion to create something big and amazing in the world. My job is to help you get there!
Financial Stability: We can’t do the deep work if you are struggling to survive. I know from experience that sustainability cannot be created from deep struggle, lack and survival mode. First and foremost, you have to create some stability, once you have that, sustainability is within your reach. Some of my clients have seed money, some have at least a basic level of income coming in from their business or others may have a temporary source of income to rely on as we build their ideal business. I often help my clients create a transition plan that allows for stability while we are creating, versus watching them leap when there is no ground to land on.

The investment and commitment ...and the reason why this path works »
One of the keys to The Authentic Way™ path is the investment and commitment it requires. For entrepreneurs and business clients, there is a minimum requirement of weekly sessions for 3 months, and for those wanting to fully implement a new business or revamp an old one, I suggest the 6-month commitment.
Working with me every week for several months sets us on a course for integration and permanent change. I have chosen these terms of commitment, because I have seen them work and I am clear about what is required to receive the benefits I talk about in this path. You are required to invest time, money and your full self into this path. Success and fulfillment can come at no less of a cost. It is an enriching experience on all levels.
The financial investment in and of itself will produce much of the benefits and results you will experience along the journey. Let me explain some of this, because I think that cost and value is a very misunderstood concept and it is one that The Authentic Way path delves into deeply throughout the process.
I believe that underneath the rules and beliefs we have in society, there are universal laws of energy and physics. One of these I call the Universal Law of Equal Exchange. Everything in the universe must be balanced in one way or another. The premise of this particular energetic law is that you can only receive as much value as you equally exchange. This is a pretty rare concept in today’s world, when we are constantly seeking out the best bargain, a sale and the lowest cost items that fit our minimum requirement of quality.
I have watched the effects of this law in hundreds of service businesses as well as goods exchanged. In the service industry, when you undervalue your services, the people you are serving can only receive from you the level of value that you are asking them to pay. For instance, if you know your real value is $150/hour, but you offer a deal for $75/hour, the person taking that deal will only be able to receive $75 of the services exchanged, and you as the service provider will only give $75 of your services. Unconsciously we will balance the value. So a client who is paying a “bargain” price will be unable to receive the full quality of the service, or the service provider will often provide a lower quality of service for their “bargain costs”. There are many ways this unequal exchange can manifest, but ultimately, the exchange becomes unclean and sets up lots of issues both within the service provider’s business and the client’s mind and heart. There are exceptions and places for pure service and free giving, but these must come in balanced ways.
I know that by asking my clients to invest in a good value service, it will produce more results for their business and set them up to receive all the gifts and benefits my services and path have to offer them.
I charge for my time to not only be present in the session with you, but to also spend the amount of time outside the session that I feel provides the kind of quality and care that each one of my clients deserves. My time and level of commitment will never go on the bargain rack.
When you are ready to invest and commit, you will open yourself up to a tremendous amount of value, abundance and gifts that the universe is just waiting to give you. Are you ready to say YES?
What it means to be an enlightened entrepreneur ...and why should you care anyway>>
Being an enlightened entrepreneur is about claiming full aliveness and awakening your full potential through the path of business. It is about abundance, both financially and spiritually. It is about living your dream, navigating your saboteurs, finding your purpose and enjoying each moment of your journey. It is one way to access more joy, more prosperity and more fulfillment in every area of our life, and most importantly for this path in your business. Whether you are starting a new business, or in the thick of an old one, becoming more aware of your patterns, motivation and authentic self will take you farther than you have ever been. It will allow you to achieve bigger goals and dreams than you have previously been able to manifest.
Why should you care anyway? Often people say to me, well, being an enlightened entrepreneur sounds really nice, but I would just like to have a steady income, or have a successful business and time for my family, or just learn to create more clients. Even spiritual entrepreneurs think that they can find enlightenment on their own time, but they just want to get down to business as an entrepreneur. What many people fail to realize is that our unconscious patterns, resistances and the places where we are unenlightened, are the primary reasons we fail to succeed in business. These areas will continue to inhibit abundance, success and fulfillment until we learn to address them and navigate them, not only through the business, but through other areas of our life as well.
The Authentic Way™ is a unique system because it addresses all of the normal aspects of business: business structure, marketing, customer relations, target markets, systems, etc – but it more importantly addresses the real reasons why you are not motivated, balanced, successful or happy as an entrepreneur.
