In business, we begin to uncover the true reasons why you are not attracting your ideal clients, your results are inconsistent or you are efforting more than you are thriving. On the relationship path with individuals seeking their partner, we begin to uncover the reason why you are attracting the wrong partners or why you aren’t attracting anyone at all. When I work with couples, we begin to look separately at each person’s patterns that are sabotaging the relationship, and I help you both gain the skills and tools to take responsibility, communicate and set better boundaries within the relationship. Through the leadership path, you might uncover why you are attracting negative press or experiences, and discover the beliefs that are creating a hard path of resistance instead of an effortless path to living your purpose.

This part of the path is all about discovery, and my role is to assist you in making the connections that will transform your life, business or relationships. Together we will initiate new patterns and awareness that will provide sustainability and long-term success. We build the foundation for your inner strength, confidence, decision-making abilities, and you learn to know the difference between your intuition or authentic power and your saboteurs. These lessons are invaluable in the journey to come. We spend the first month traveling down this path so you are prepared for the next steps to transformation and your unlimited potential.

On the business path, we look at value issues and come to understand why pricing is a huge reason as to why you are or are not attracting your ideal clients (and it isn’t that you are priced too high). In relationships, we delve deeper into boundaries: how can we initiate clear boundaries necessary for our fulfillment,while honoring the needs, desires and demands of the people around us. In leadership,we tackle integrity issues. We look at how owning our own areas of manipulation and selfishness truly have a ripple effect on the ways we can serve the world.

The great part of this journey, is that there is still discovery throughout this phase, but rather than just making connections, we are practicing and staying in action. Here we establish the patterns that will make your business, relationship or community shine! This is a part of the journey we continue to address throughout the rest of the path, but we spend a month or two in this phase before we progress to the next. My goal is to help you fully navigate your inner world, before we progress into manifesting your vision into the outer world.

• We work on the vision for your business, relationship or leadership role and begin to define what you really want to offer the world.
• You will know what you want to offer and have your passion and motivation behind you every step of the way.
• In business, we get very clear on who your target market is, who you best serve and how to begin to align you business, services and pricing to attract that target market.

The reason The Authentic Way path is so unique, is because it provides the rich foundation of tools and techniques that support you through this part of the process. I know hundreds of business owners who have spent years trying to implement their dream, sometimes with some success, sometimes with no success at all because they didn’t create this strong foundation. When it came time to build their business structures, implement their marketing systems, and communicate their vision, these entrepreneurs couldn’t get past their blocks and saboteurs. I watched my clients doing this for years, before I began to develop a system that would truly support them.

My role in this section of the process is to remind you about who you are and to guide you back to your authentic power and voice. Yes, I have years of experience in marketing and relationship consulting and will give the insights and support to manifest the best systems, processes and communication, but it is the knowledge and acceptance of who you are that empowers you to create your dream. In business, this is one of the most important parts of the path, and requires a 6-month commitment to truly experience the results of this system. For any of the paths, we will not address this part of the path until the 4th month of one-on-one coaching or within one of the advanced groups offered 3 or 4 times a year.

In relationships, this is the walking part. I only work with couples through this phases of the journey that have learned to take responsibility in their relationships and are ready to use their relationship as a greater gift to the world. In leadership, we are actively working on creating the role, brand or image that will authentically attract the ideal community, employee or constituent. I support the client to live fully in their purpose and stay aligned with their own integrity through all of the experiences and situations they encounter. In business, we begin to create the structures that will successfully manifest your dream business. We delve into target markets, authentic marketing, internal business systems, branding and expressing your voice to name a few. As you begin really engaging the world in this phase of business, we go deeper into boundaries and standing in your authentic power. This is a powerful phase of the journey, and you will find things coming to you effortlessly and abundantly.
